Duration and number of sessions
The initial consultation is up to 75 minutes long: it is an assessment of your needs and difficulties. It is also to assess if I am the right person for you to work with. Sessions are generally 55 minutes long unless prearranged; sometimes longer sessions are needed for EMDR.
Online availability
I predominantly offer remote sessions using a specialised EMDR video platform.
Fees
My standard fee is £85 per session.
