What I offer

I offer short, medium, and long-term psychological therapy for adults, using a range of evidence-based psychological approaches to inform my work. My main approaches include cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), mindfulness, person-centred therapy, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).
